How does it work?
First you select the piece from the e-shop that you’re inspired to customise. After which we will have two video calls. The first one is to understand how and what will make this piece truly yours and the second is to finalise and validate the design before production starts in our studio.

Price range
The price for customizing an existing model ranges from 25 CHF to 180 CHF in addition of the existing model you have selected. (If you have any doubts, you can always send us an email at info@zoraober.com with your request and we will get back to you.)

01 # Express your ideas
During the first meeting, we will discuss your ideas and what will make this piece truly yours. We will discuss the best way to bring your ideas to life through the selection of silhouette, material or colour palette. Since ZORAOBER takes an upcycling and natural approach, the final selection will depend on material availability and accessibility. But we promise we will do our best to accommodate your wishes!
A quote will be sent to you via email after the first call.

02 # Design Proposal
Following our first call, ZORAOBER will design a proposal that reflects your ideas. The proposal includes a number of sketches and material swatches depending on the complexity of your custom piece.

03 # Final touch
The design proposal will be shared and discussed during a second call (within 2 weeks of the first one). We will decide together on the final design from swatches and sketches provided, after which the design will be final and no additional changes will be possible.

04 # Production
The production of your custom piece will start upon receipt of 50% of the agreed price and will take 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and the current order volume in our studio (excluding delivery timing).

05 # Delivery
Your package will be sent to your location via mail and you will receive tracking info once the item has shipped. Choose between standard or express delivery. Shipping costs will be added.
