SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number. Be aware that it usually takes a few hours for tracking numbers to be activated, after which you will be able to follow your parcel on the website https://www.post.ch/en/receiving-mail.
Items are shipped directly from our studio in Geneva by Swiss Post. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
IMPORTANT – If a package is returned to ZORAOBER studio because the buyer did not claim the package, additional fees on top of new shipping charges will be applied.
We ship worldwide. Depending on the country of destination, distribution takes place within three to ten days of deposit.

We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. Some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.
Please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. If your package has arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, we suggest you contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.
Orders shipped outside Switzerland will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax. ZORAOBER is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We don’t provide any refund. Exchange or store credit of the articles ordered will only be accepted if they are returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Our policy lasts for 14 days after receipt of your order. If the deadline expires on a Saturday a Sunday or a bank holiday or other non-working day, it is extended on the next working day. Beyond this, ZORAOBER will be free to refuse the return.
Custom orders are not eligible for any exchange or store credit.
Return Shipping Costs – buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and must include a shipping method with a tracking number.
Every item is made to order with limited stocks. Please feel free to ask any questions prior to ordering to avoid confusion about your item. We gladly offer personal assistance to any customer.
